Acceptance of Terms

By using the SAVÈNE website or contacting us to place an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Nature of the Products

Every SAVÈNE piece is handmade using crochet techniques, and small natural variations in colour or detail between pieces are part of handmade work, not a defect.

Ordering Process

Orders are placed through direct WhatsApp conversation. An order is not final or confirmed until the SAVÈNE team explicitly confirms it with you, including price, size, details, and expected delivery time.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and subject to confirmation at the time of inquiry, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces, and may change without prior notice.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery is currently the available payment method. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash are being enabled and will become available soon.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by a contracted courier within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by area. If the customer is unavailable at delivery, a second attempt will be coordinated.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your piece at delivery before completing payment. Since most pieces are made to order, exchanges are only available in the case of a clear manufacturing defect, within a reasonable period after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before production begins by contacting us directly on WhatsApp. Orders already in production can no longer be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All branding, product designs, and site imagery belong to SAVÈNE and may not be used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SAVÈNE takes great care to ensure the quality of every piece, but is not responsible for delays beyond our control (such as courier delays) or unintended product use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
